We are excited to announce that Will, a seasoned licensed professional engineer, has joined Meskel & Associates Engineering (MAE) as our new Director of Construction Services. With over 24 years of experience in the field and laboratory testing of construction and geotechnical materials, Will brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
Will’s extensive career spans 19 years in the public and private sectors, where he has honed his skills in materials testing and inspections related to construction projects. With over 12 years of experience in construction materials testing management and project management, he has led numerous projects involving deep foundation testing, specialty testing, and threshold building inspections. His commitment to maintaining high-quality performance in all aspects of testing and inspections has made a significant impact on the success and integrity of various construction endeavors.
At MAE, Will will serve as the Construction Materials Engineer for all departmental projects, including roadway, infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments. He will manage the department’s team of technicians and inspectors, ensuring that all field reports are technically accurate and uphold our high standards for quality and safety.
Will’s role will be pivotal in further strengthening our geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services, providing our clients with top-tier solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Will earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Florida, where he developed a strong foundation in engineering principles. His experience includes field and laboratory testing management, conducting inspections, and overseeing projects. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a dedication to quality, safety, and excellence in all aspects of construction and geotechnical engineering.
