| MAE project responsibilities included performing a geotechnical exploration, preparing recommendations for deep foundation support on helical piers, and construction inspection services. Prior to installation, the helical piers were observed, measurements were taken, and the foundations were photographed. The installation was continuously monitored by MAE personnel and installation logs for each pier were prepared during the installation process. The installation logs included embedment depth and torque applied for each foot of embedment depth; notes were included on the logs as necessary. |
