Our team took the March Madness spirit to a whole new level yesterday! For our monthly teambuilder, we ditched the spreadsheets and picked up the basketballs for a high intensity :60 Basketball Shootout.
The energy was electric, the "trash talk" was (mostly) friendly, and it is confirmed, Erika Outlaw wins every time!

Yesterday, MAE had the privilege of speaking with the cadets at the Florida Youth Challenge Academy (FLYCA) for Career and Military Day. We spent the day discussing the vital world of geotechnical engineering, and what it takes to build a career in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
The discipline, resilience, and focus these young men and women show is exactly what our industry needs. Whether it`s in the lab or out on a drill rig, the "groundwork" they are doing today to reclaim their futures is the best foundation they could possibly build.

You may have noticed some heavy machinery and our specialized rigs along Interstate 4 near Haines City lately. Here’s the "dirt" on what’s happening!
Our MAE crew is currently performing geotechnical drilling—a vital step in the massive "Moving I-4 Forward" initiative. This work involves taking deep soil and rock samples to ensure the ground is stable enough to support the upcoming highway expansions and new express lanes.
