Tina Meskel, the 2019 JAX Chamber Small Business Leader of the Year, pursues a basic – and successful – business strategy.

“We are going to deliver on what we promise. That’s really all there is to it,” Meskel said.

Meskel & Associates Engineering, founded in 2008, has grown into a Jacksonville business with 25 employees and $2.9 million in annual revenue. 

Her projects include high-profile developments in Northeast Florida. The Intercity Bus Terminal Downtown, UNF road resurfacings and JEA projects are a few of her projects, along with private development.

Meskel & Associates Engineering is proud to announce our successful partnership with Danis Builders on a major project for Blue Cross and Blue Shield`s Riverside campus!

Danis Builders secured a $27 million permit on Dec. 5 for a significant interior renovation at 532 Riverside Ave. We provided essential services including Plan Review, Permitting, and Inspections to help make this massive upgrade a reality.

Great work to the entire project team!

We are seeking a Structural Inspector with strong experience in reinforcing steel (rebar) inspection and concrete construction observation/testing.

• Experience in structural steel inspection is a plus.
• The ideal candidate understands ACI and ASTM standards, can read structural drawings, and can accurately document field conditions.

Wow, what an incredible experience yesterday at the Hunger Fight food packing event! We spent two hours immersed in music, fun, and phenomenal teamwork, by packing meals that will feed children after school and make a real difference in their lives!

A special thanks to our MAE family who participated with such energy and enthusiasm, and a very special shout-out to Cornerstone Classical Academy for joining our fight against hunger! It was inspiring to work side-by-side with you all.
