The estimated $8 million build-out, as reported by the Jax Daily Record, will transform the former Florida Coastal School of Law building into their new headquarters.

Breaking News: JSO Expansion in Downtown Brooklyn and Meskel and Associates are providing plan review and inspection! 🚨
The City has issued a permit for a $6.3 million build-out of a new Jacksonville Sheriff`s Office facility in Florida Blue`s Forest Street parking garage!
This Phase II project is part of JSO`s larger plan to consolidate its operations by moving its headquarters to the Florida Blue campus in the Downtown Brooklyn area.
The $6.354 million partial build-out on the garage`s first floor will include:
A public entry, lobby, and counter. Spaces for roll call, HR training, and public records. A bike-unit workshop, offices, and conference areas.
This move is a major step in the ongoing effort to modernize JSO`s facilities and vacate the older Police Memorial Building, aiming for improved operational efficiency and long-term savings for the city.

What a truly beautiful and purposeful evening this past Friday at the Isaiah 117 House Duval Co FL fundraising Gala!
We were honored to be a sponsor for this incredible night, presented so beautifully by Ryrad Builders. The dedication to supporting children entering the foster care system was palpable, and it was inspiring to see so many come together for a great cause. From the delicious dinner and joyful dancing to the exciting silent and live auctions, every moment was dedicated to raising crucial awareness and support.
The gala was a powerful reminder of why the mission of Isaiah 117 House is so vital: to provide comfort and care and bring dignity, hope, and love to children on one of the most difficult days of their lives. No child should wait in uncertainty.
A huge thank you to the @JaxChamber Transportation & Logistics Council for hosting such an incredible Signature Networking Cruise on Thursday, October 16th! It was a fantastic evening and such a great opportunity to meet new friends and catch up with so many wonderful colleagues.
Side Note: What a view! Just took in the stunning beauty of Downtown Jax at dusk and it`s a sight to behold. Seeing that beautiful skyline lit up makes us incredibly proud to know that Meskel and Associates Engineering has been a part of so many projects in the area!
