Meskel & Associates Engineering (MAE) is proud to have been awarded the contract to deliver comprehensive Construction Materials Testing (CMT), Inspection and Laboratory Services to ensure every phase meets project specifications.
Our engineering and testing teams support developments like this with:
• Concrete Testing: Comprehensive lab sampling and strength testing for tilt-wall panel construction and heavy slab foundations.
• Earthwork & Soils: In-situ density testing, subgrade evaluations, and compaction verifications for massive parking facilities and truck courts.
• Quality Assurance: On-site inspections to verify structural components comply with design standards from day one.

Meskel and Associates Engineering (MAE) is proud to share our latest performance results on both of our FDOT contracts.
For July 2026, our lab earned an Outstanding rating (5/5) for reporting into FDOT`s MAC system — entering all test results within one business day, a 100% on-time rate.
This continues a strong streak throughout 2026, with our team consistently hitting same-day reporting across every month evaluated so far this year. Behind every one of those numbers is a lab team that treats deadlines as a baseline, not a stretch goal.
At MAE, timely, accurate materials testing isn`t just a contract requirement — it`s how we support safer roads and keep FDOT`s project schedules on track.
Proud of our team for this consistency and looking forward to keeping the standard high through the rest of the year.
