CEI Inspector
Job Description (Full Time):
We are seeking skilled and motivated CEI Inspectors to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and proactive, has a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of bridge and/or roadway construction projects
- Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, materials, and work progress
- Communicate effectively with Senior Inspector, Project Administrator, and construction team
- Identify any construction deficiencies or issues
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- 2 years of experience in construction inspection, with at least 1 year of experience in bridge and/or roadway construction inspection
Preferred Certifications:
- CTQP Asphalt Paving Levels I and II
- CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I
- CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I
- CTQP Final Estimates Level I
- FDOT Intermediate or Advanced MOT
- Nuclear Radiation Safety
- Florida Stormwater
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are seeking skilled and motivated CEI Senior Inspectors to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and proactive, has strong leadership skills, a strong sense of responsibility and the commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of bridge and/or roadway construction projects
- Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, materials, and work progress
- Communicate effectively with inspection staff, Project Administrator, and construction team
- Resolve field issues by working closely with inspection staff, construction team, and Project Administrator
- Coordinate and guide the inspection team
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- 4 years of CEI experience in roadway and/or bridge construction
Required Certifications:
- CTQP Asphalt Paving Levels I and II
- CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Levels I and II
- CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I
- CTQP Final Estimates Level I
- FDOT Intermediate or Advanced MOT
