Today, Meskel & Associates Engineering celebrates 18 years of building, designing, and problem-solving. We’ve grown from a small ambitious team into the firm we are today, and we couldn't have done it without our incredible clients and community.

To celebrate our "adulthood," we decided to take a trip down memory lane.

Check out the slideshow below to see our team back when they were 18 years old! From questionable haircuts to graduation smiles, this is what the faces of MAE looked like at the start of their own journeys.
The laws of thermodynamics state that energy cannot be destroyed—it just transfers from our laptops to our weekend plans.

At Meskel & Associates Engineering, we’ve spent the week calculating, reviewing and analyzing, but today we’re testing the structural integrity of a perfect Friday afternoon.

Wishing our clients, partners, and team a weekend of high efficiency and zero friction!
Wishing a blessed and peaceful Ramadan to our community members and friends observing the fast! May this month bring you and your loved one's clarity, connection, and joy.
It’s National Engineers Week! This year’s theme is "Transform Your Future," and at Meskel and Associates Engineering, that’s exactly what we do every day.

Whether we are performing geotechnical explorations to ensure the safety of a new school or conducting environmental assessments to protect our local Florida ecosystems, our work provides the groundwork for a brighter, safer tomorrow.

Join us this week as we celebrate our incredible team of engineers who are literally shaping the future of Jacksonville and beyond!
Shout-out to Austin and Brent! 👏

Big thanks to these two for going above and beyond to help another crew cross the finish line on a boring project today.

Despite a full plate of their own, they jumped in with a positive attitude and kept communication sharp to get the job done. This kind of collaboration keeps our operations smooth and our team strong.

Way to lead by example, Austin and Brent! 👊

At Meskel and Associates Engineering, we know that a project is only as stable as its foundation. The same is true for our industry. Today, on International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we celebrate the brilliant women on our team who bring precision, innovation, and expertise to every site visit and laboratory analysis.

From geotechnical breakthroughs to environmental stewardship, women are leading the way at Meskel. We are committed to mentoring the next generation of engineers to ensure the "leaky pipeline" in STEM becomes a thing of the past.

Proud to Support Nassau County’s Growth!

We are excited to share our role in a major upcoming project for Nassau County. As reported by the Jax Daily Record, Nassau County is planning to consolidate its civic services into a new, centralized campus to better serve the community.

Meskel & Associates Engineering provided the preliminary Geotechnical report for this site. Our team analyzed the "heavily wooded" terrain to ensure a solid foundation for the planned two-story facilities. We’re proud to provide the essential data that helps move these vital infrastructure projects from concept to reality!

It’s National Pothole Day, but at Meskel & Associates Engineering, we prefer to celebrate the science that prevents them!

Potholes aren't just a nuisance; they're often a sign of subgrade issues or poor drainage. Our team specializes in pavement core sampling and soil borings to ensure the roads and parking lots we build on stay smooth and resilient for years to come.
