The pavement distress is located within the eastbound travel lane of SR 211 beginning from approximately 160 feet east of the SR 211 and Stockton Street intersection and extending approximately 600 feet east towards the SR 211 and Osceola Street intersection in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. This task order included performing a geotechnical exploration and engineering analysis to assist the design team in conducting site reconnaissance to observe existing site conditions and analyzing and interpreting data for reporting. We performed six auger borings to evaluate the subsurface conditions within the pavement distress area. Soil samples recovered during performance of the borings were delivered to the lab and visually described by a geotechnical engineer
