Brett H. Harbison, P.E.

Brett H. Harbison, PE has more than 14 years of field, laboratory, and geotechnical analysis experience throughout Florida. Brett has managed the entire geotechnical process, which includes drilling, laboratory testing, and analysis for numerous Florida Department of Transportation projects. Brett is SmartPile EDC System certified and graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Civil Engineering.

Citigroup ‘modernizing’ in $19 million Flagler Center upgrade

Citigroup is investing an estimated $19 million to renovate its office space. The project will transform 250,000 square feet, creating a modern, open workspace with a focus on sustainability and employee wellness.

This comes after Citi`s decision to sell its campus in a sale-leaseback deal, allowing it to continue its operations with its 4,000 employees while adapting to hybrid work schedules. The company has been a key part of Jacksonville`s business community for nearly 30 years and plans for continued growth.
