JEA Argyle Forest Replacement Phase I Rampart Road

This Phase I ESA was performed in accordance with procedures included in ASTM E 1527-13, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process. The purpose of this ESA was to assist the client in developing information to identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) in connection with the site as reflected by the scope of the report. This purpose was undertaken through user-provided information, a regulatory database review, historical and physical records review, interviews, including local & state government inquiries, as applicable, user-provided information, and a visual noninvasive reconnaissance of the site and adjoining properties.
